No purchase or payment is necessary for receiving potential rewards for completing American Survey Research Institute surveys. To be eligible, persons must have received an invitation to complete a survey with potential rewards benefits, and must complete all survey questions. Where applicable, the first 200 surveys received will constitute the winners of the sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email on or about 30 days after the deadline for entry.  In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.

The Sweepstakes are open to those who are randomly chosen to participate in the survey and who are legal residents of the U.S. as of the date of entry through the awarding of the prize. One entry per person; duplicate and/or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Prize: Winners will receive an email with an invitation to accept their gift card reward, and can select which retailer of those provided for which they’d like to receive a gift card.

All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to abide by these rules, and agree to release American Survey Research Institute, the sponsor, and its/their respective parents, subsidiaries, employees, brokers, distributors, dealers, retailers, affiliates, and its/their respective advertising, promotion, and production agencies from any and all liability for injuries or damages of any kind sustained through participation in this promotion and/or use or misuse of a prize once accepted. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

No cash substitutions, transfers, or assignments of prizes allowed, except by the sponsor in case of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The sponsor’s decisions with respect to all matters related to this Sweepstakes shall be final.

Survey responses are confidential and will be used only in anonymous, statistical summaries. Participants will not be asked to buy anything based on participation, and personally identifiable information will not be shared with any third party. Taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective advertising, promotion or production agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telecommunications malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. If for any reason (including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes) the online portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, the sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
